There are Medicare Advantage plans that we can accept and we are a provider for the Veterans Administration.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or that you donate a $15 missed appointment fee. Giving as much notice as you can when you need to change or cancel your appointment helps make those times available to other people. Thanks for your help with this.
