What is Kinesiology?

Wholistic Kinesiology is a natural healing system that uses muscle testing to determine an individual's very unique health needs.  Because we are all individuals, our health care needs are variable.  With muscle testing (kinesiology) underlying health imbalances can be determined easily and painlessly.  We can ask the body where the imbalances are.  We can detect imbalances before they become pathologies or even before they show up on blood tests.

When the muscles are tested while touching points on the body which correspond to organ systems or other imbalances, the muscle will respond with a strong or weak response.  For example, a strong response to a food means the body resonates with the food.  A weak response to a food means the food makes the body weak, depending on the underlying balance of the system being testing.

This is useful in several ways:

• Body scan using kinesiology points or acupuncture points to locate imbalances in organs and systems
  
• Determine food allergies, chemical allergies, seasonal allergies for the purpose of using this information to find the best nutrients and other treatments to reduce and clear allergies.
• Find out which vitamins, minerals, or other nutrients are needed in what amounts and for how long.

Kinesiology can be used to test a person's current vitamin regimen to determine if the health imbalances are being resolved. It is a tool used to set up individualized therapeutic regimens prescribing the appropriate nutrients and therapies.
